Opening Day

As the title says, this was Opening Day at Jacob's Field. I thought about cropping this down to get rid of the folks in the upper left corner but I decided to stick with my convictions and left the photo as I had taken it. The flag covered pretty much the whole field (I might post another picture later) and you could see the balloons waiting to be released. Ironically, there was a batch of green and yellow balloons that would have squeezed into the frame but just prior to them unfurling the flag a HUGE breeze blew in from center field and ripped it out of the helper's hands. When they adjusted the remaining balloons well...you can see the result.
